1. Services Provided

Resume Analyser provides AI-powered tools for resume analysis. Our services include:

  • Mini Review (Free): A high-level analysis of your resume providing top strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Resume Review (Paid): A comprehensive review of your resume, including detailed feedback and an updated resume document.
  • JD Alignment Review (Paid): An analysis of your resume’s alignment with a specific job description, including suggestions for optimization and an updated, tailored resume document.
  • Cover Letter Review (Paid Add-on): An additional review for your cover letter when purchased with a Resume Review or JD Alignment Review.

2. User Accounts

While our current system does not require formal account registration, certain features may require you to provide personal information such as your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you provide and for all activities that occur under your submissions.

3. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Upload viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.
  • Use any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” ” spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser.

You are solely responsible for the content of your uploaded files and comments.

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Resume Analyser and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Australia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Resume Analyser.

You retain all ownership rights to the resume and job description files you upload. By uploading these files, you grant Resume Analyser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and process the content within those files solely for the purpose of providing the requested analysis service to you.

5. Payments and Refunds

Prices for our paid services are displayed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal). By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway. We do not store sensitive payment card information on our servers.

No Guarantees of Specific Results

Our services provide analysis and feedback to improve your resume. We do not guarantee employment, job interviews, or any specific career outcomes. The effectiveness of a resume depends on many factors outside of our control.

No Refunds

Due to the digital and service-oriented nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered (i.e., once the analysis has been generated and delivered). 6. Disclaimers

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Resume Analyser does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Resume Analyser, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resume Analyser and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; or b) a breach of these Terms.

9. Advice on Uploading Documents

Users are strongly advised to exclude or anonymize highly sensitive personal information from their resume and job description files before uploading them to our Services. This includes data that you do not wish to be processed or stored. While we take measures to protect your data, minimizing the amount of sensitive personal information you share is always a best practice for your own security.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
